Estimates & Tendering
Our tendering phase involves creating a detailed estimate of the project's cost, timeline, and scope. We work with our clients to ensure that the estimate meets their budget and timeline requirements before awarding a contract to a trade.
On-Site Consultations
It is a paramount step in the process to meet with our clients on site to ensure construction is progressing as planned and meeting quality standards. We work closely with our clients to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Project Closeout Phase
The finishing touch for all projects is the closeout phase where we ensure all final details are completed to the client's satisfaction. This includes review of final deficiencies and walkthroughs with the client to ensure that everything is in order before the project is completed.
